{"id":2419,"date":"2013-08-31T01:03:00","date_gmt":"2013-08-31T01:03:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/spes.mu\/?p=2419"},"modified":"2021-03-22T12:53:10","modified_gmt":"2021-03-22T12:53:10","slug":"road-safety-through-fun-learning-ways-e-skill","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spes.mu\/index.php\/2013\/08\/31\/road-safety-through-fun-learning-ways-e-skill\/","title":{"rendered":"Road Safety through fun-learning ways &#038; e-skill"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On Road Safety through fun-learning ways &amp; e-skills suitable for children aged to 3 &#8211; 12 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It seemed timely for the SPES Trainers Team to reproduce, via internet, retrospective virtual photos of our NGO\u2019s Christmas &amp; 2005 New Year card:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"400\" height=\"284\" src=\"https:\/\/spes.mu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/card.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2420\" srcset=\"https:\/\/spes.mu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/card.jpg 400w, https:\/\/spes.mu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/card-300x213.jpg 300w, https:\/\/spes.mu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/card-80x57.jpg 80w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The above photos illustrate a simple playground set-up on road traffic situations for young children to learn through teleguiding digital cars and motorcycles, amongst playmates, to gain Knowledge Access on Road Rules &amp; Regulations through e-skills &amp; fun &#8211; learning ways as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>to manipulate computer interactive facilities,<\/li><li>to enable kids to visualise and actually<\/li><li>to gain coordinated hand-dexterity through practical ways<\/li><li>to engage in e-story telling on road safety situations,<\/li><li>to reduce accidents by adopting disciplined road behaviour<\/li><li>to become careful &#8211; Pedestrians, Riders of bicycles &amp; motorcycles, Drivers of cars, buses and other road vehicles<\/li><li>to avoid causing Minor, Severe or Fatal Accidents and Heartbreaking Problems<\/li><li>to develop positive reactions to traffic signs<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is hoped that Parents and Tutors can be inspired by the above photographs, to teach children through fun-learning &amp; e-skills simple set-ups to gain disciplined social behaviour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NGO SPES Trainers are proud of the fact, that our regular Kids Cyber Cafes, using innovative e-tutoring ways on specific themes of essential importance, in daily life are both enjoyable and effective as illustrated above.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On Road Safety through fun-learning ways &amp; e-skills suitable for children aged to 3 &#8211; 12 years.
