Among the many activities undertaken by IRCICA in the areas of crafts development are the following:

    Organized in collaboration with IDB, Jeddah and Ribat al-Fath Association, Rabat.

    Jointly organized by IRCICA, and Lok Virsa Institute, Islamabad, with the collaboration of the International Islamic Relief Organiztion, Jeddah, and UNESCO, Paris.

  5. The First International Seminar on "Crafts in Traditional Islamic Architecture with special Focus on: Mushrabiyya and Stucco Colored Glass: Present State and Future Propects", Cairo, 1995
    Jointly organized by the Research Center for Islamic History, Art and Culture (IRCICA), Istanbul, And Ministry of culture, Egypt, and co-sponsored by the Middle East Broadcasting Center, London.

  6. The First International Seminar on "Arabesques in Traditional Crafts of OIC countries", Damascus, (05 - 10 January 1997)
    Jointly organized by IRCICA and the Ministry of Culture of Syrian Arab Republic in collaboration with the UNESCO and in cooperation with MASHAREQ International Establishment.
